F Series LED Module Housing Kits
The XINHENG F Series offers housing kits for LED tri-proof light assembly, with narrow and wide body options in three nominal lengths. Designed for lighting manufacturers, assemblers, distributors and project suppliers, the range supports both housing-kit sourcing and complete-light enquiries.
Available Options
- Nominal lengths: 600, 1200 and 1500 mm.
- Body styles: narrow and wide versions.
- Standard materials: ABS body with an opal ribbed PC diffuser.
- Internal construction: white-painted steel gear tray for LED module installation.
- Installation: ceiling mounting as standard. Suspension rods or chains are supplied separately.
Housing Kits or Complete Lights
Housing kits are available for customers assembling their own LED lighting products. The series includes mounting and fastening accessories, with the exact component list confirmed in the quotation.
For complete-light enquiries, please specify your required wattage, input voltage, colour temperature and driver requirements.
LED modules and drivers are not included in housing-only orders unless expressly specified in the quotation. Photos showing electronic components illustrate an assembled configuration.
Customization for Your Orders
Depending on the selected model and order requirements, customization options include:
- Flame-retardant or UV-resistant housing material options.
- Clear or UV-resistant PC diffuser options.
- ABS or stainless steel retaining clips.
- Single-end, both-end or rear cable outlet configurations.
- Product labels, instruction sheets and branded packaging.
For complete-light orders, options such as emergency backup, selectable colour temperature and 0–10V dimming can also be discussed.
